Learners Permits

The Alberta government offers study material to take your knowledge test:

• Study booklet – available for download at: www.transportation.alberta.ca
• Flash cards -These are available for $19.95. They are for the basic learner’s permit test.
• Online quiz’s – you can find these at the above website

In order for a minor to write this exam, they need the following documentation:

• Signed approval from parent in office (client and parent must attend together)
• Either a Birth Certificate, Valid Passport, Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residence Card
